2011 Cure4Kids Awards

eHealthcare Leadership Award

Cure4Kids has received the top Platinum award for Best Overall Internet Site at the e-healthcare leadership awards at the 15th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference. This leading awards program exclusively recognizes the very best Web sites of healthcare providers, health plans, healthcare associations, online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers, other healthcare organizations, and business improvement initiatives. Nearly 1,200 entries were received from a wide range of healthcare organizations. Winners are recognized during a special presentation at the 15th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference held November 7-9, 2011.

 

Gold Davey Award

Cure4Kids for Kids, our community education outreach web site for children has won the Gold in the Children's Category from the 2011 Davey Awards given by the International Academy of the Visual Arts. The annual International Davey Awards honors the achievements of the "Creative Davids" who derive their strength from big ideas, rather than stratospheric budgets. There were nearly 4,000 entries in the 2011 competition.

 

Web Marketing Association: Medical Standard of Excellence Award

Cure4Kids has won the Medical Standard of Excellence Award from the 15th Annual Web Awards. The Web Marketing Association is the producer of the WebAward Competition. Now in its 15th year, the WebAward program is the premier annual website award competition that names the best Web sites in 96 industries while setting the standard of excellence for all website development.

 

Silver W3 Web Award

Cure4Kids has won 2 silver awards at the 6th Annual W3 Awards. The Cure4Kids website was recognized in the Education Category and Cure4Kids for Kids website was recognized in the Children’s Category. Over 3,000 entries were received worldwide. The W3 is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from a "Who's Who" of acclaimed media, interactive, advertising and marketing firms.

 

Silver Communicator Award

Cure4Kids won two 2011 Silver Award of Distinction for the Cure4Kids website (Category Interactive Multimedia for Academic Education) and Cure4Kids for Kids website (Category Interactive Multimedia for Children's Audience). The Communicator Awards is the leading international awards program honoring creative excellence for Communications Professionals. Founded by communication professionals over a decade ago, The Communicator Awards receives over 9,000 entries from companies and agencies of all sizes, making it one of the largest awards of its kind in the world. The Communicator Awards is sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

 

Bronze Summit Creative Award

Cure4Kids received the Summit Creative bronze Award in the Education category at the 2011 Summit Creative Awards. Throughout its seventeen-year history, its Creative Award has established itself as one of the premier arbiters of creative and communication excellence. Using stringent evaluation criteria and blind judging processes, its competitions reward only those firms whose work exemplifies the best in its class. This year's SCA competition received over 4300 entries from 22 countries and was judged by a panel of 18 creative professionals from 9 countries.

 

2010 Cure4Kids Awards

Web Marketing Association: Best Medical Website

The Web Marketing Association has announced Cure4Kids as the winner of the 2010 Best Medical Website award for Outstanding Achievement in Web Development at the 14th Annual WebAwards. Since 1997, the Web Marketing Association’s annual WebAward Competition has been setting the standard of excellence for Website development. Independent expert judges from around the world review sites in 96 industries. The best are recognised with a WebAward which helps interactive professionals promote themselves, their companies, and their best work to the outside world. The WebAward Competition is the premier award recognition program for Web developers and marketers worldwide. More than 2,000 sites from 45 countries were adjudicated in 96 industry categories during this year's competition. Entries were judged on design, copy writing, innovation, content, interactivity, navigation, and use of technology.

This leading awards program exclusively recognizes the very best Web sites of healthcare providers, health plans, healthcare associations, online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers, other healthcare organizations, and business improvement initiatives. These awards highlight the Internet's role in achieving an organization's business objectives and recognize the hard work that has gone into creating outstanding health Web sites. Winners are recognized during a special presentation at the 14th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference held November 2010 in Las Vegas, NV. Over 1,200 entries were in the 2010 competition.

 

Silver W3 Web Award

Cure4Kids has won the W3 Silver Award in the Education Category and the new Cure4Kids for Kids site won W3 Silver Award in the Children's Category. Over 3,000 entries were received. The W3 Awards honors creative excellence on the web and are sanctioned and judged by the International Academy of the Visual Arts.

Winners were recognized during a special presentation at the 13th Annual Healthcare Internet Conference held November 4, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV.

Over 1,100 entries were received from a wide range of healthcare organizations. This leading awards program exclusively recognizes the very best Web sites of healthcare providers, health plans, healthcare associations, online health companies, pharmaceutical/medical equipment firms, suppliers, other healthcare organizations, and business improvement initiatives. These awards highlight the Internet's role in achieving an organization's business objectives and recognize the hard work that has gone into creating outstanding health Web sites. Winners were recognized during a special presentation at the Twelfth Annual Healthcare Internet Conference held November 10-12, 2008 in Orlando.

 

Webby Honoree Award

Cure4Kids was selected as an official honoree for the health category at the 12th annual Webby Awards. The Webby Awards are the leading international awards that honor excellence on the Internet. The Webbys are presented by The International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences, a 550-member body of leading Web experts, business leaders, luminaries, visionaries, and creative celebrities. Cure4Kids was selected from nearly 10,000 entries from all 50 states and more than 60 countries.

 

2007 Cure4Kids Awards

St. Jude Outstanding Clinical Care Improvement Award

In 2007, the Cure4Kids Team won the 2007 Outstanding Clinical Care Improvement Award. This award is given to the group that has significantly improved clinical infrastructure to support the mission of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

 

eHealthcare Award

Cure4Kids.org received the Distinction Award in the Best Overall Internet Site Category of the 2007 eHealthcare Leadership Awards. There were over 1,000 entries from 200 organizations.
