Important news about the new Cure4Kids
We are pleased to inform you of a long-anticipated, new Cure4Kids platform coming soon. We are very excited to offer an entirely redesigned experience, with improved user interface, navigation and search functionalities, and carefully curated content in the formats our users have always loved, along with brand new learning modalities and immersive content. While we eagerly await sharing this new user experience with you all, we also want to inform you of a couple key dates that will impact all C4K users.
During the week of September 23, we will begin the process of migrating from our existing platform to a new one. Most importantly, the migration will require us to temporarily take Cure4Kids offline for about a week while all content and data is transferred. This means that users will not have access to this platform or any of its content for a brief period. We anticipate that the Cure4Kids platform will be unavailable to users for about 5-7 days; during this time, our team will work to transfer all content and ensure that everything is working as it should. Rest assured that we will notify you and all users as soon as the new Cure4Kids is available.
It is also important to note that we will be pausing all C4K account requests on or shortly after September 16. This will help us ensure that all user accounts are migrated to the new platform in a timely manner.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our team at [email protected].
Thank you for your patience during this transition and for your continued support.
